As Program Director of the CD, Ms. Tucker also oversaw a large Program Management team and led the program’s successful execution over a 15-year period, while managing a budget of over $90 million for the program’s consultant design and contract preparation services. She also oversaw WSSC’s Relocations Program which included major State programs such as the Maryland Route 200 Intercounty Connector (ICC), an 18.8-mile-long, six-lane toll road, and the Maryland Transit Administration’s Purple Line, a 16.2-mile light rail line being built to link several Maryland suburbs.Ms. Tucker’s skills and experience also include managing Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) totaling as much as $165 million over several years, to support capital programs for the annual water and sewer infrastructure programs.
